quality toiletries power point nice shower
the bathroom offered good quality complimentary toiletries. the room included lots of power points and usb ports. a nice shower was also available in my modern room.
the hotel did not have a coffee maker in the room and offered no complimentary water.

Central and convenient
prime location daily cleaning excellent comfort
the location was unbeatable. I found puerta del sol only steps away. Also plaza mayor was easily accessible. My room was well-kept and i appreciated the daily cleaning service. The bed provided excellent comfort.
street noise did disrupt my sleep at times. I think enhanced soundproofing could improve this situation.

the breakfast buffet featured a reasonable selection of items. I saw hot options and pastries available, and fresh fruit was also there . The restaurant space seemed a little small for THE size of the hotel.

this hotel sits right off puerta del sol. I found a metro stop very close by, and many restaurants were around. shopping areas are only a short walk away.

fantastic central stay
ample space separate sinks daily housekeeping tidy room
the room offered ample space. the bathroom featured two separate sinks, a great addition for multiple guests. i was pleased with the daily housekeeping services. fresh towels and a tidy room were consistently provided throughout my stay!
I noticed some minor wear and tear on the furniture. it didn't significantly affect my overall comfort, though a bit of upkeep would improve the room.

the double or twin room included a large window that let in ample natural light. two bedside tables, each equipped with reading lamps, were available. the room featured climate control, easily adjusted to personal preferences.

the staff notified me regarding a demonstration that could impact airport timing, it was very thoughtful. housekeeping provided fresh towels daily. breakfast had a good variety, easily meeting diverse preferences, so i commend that.

great location friendly staff cleaning service noise level limited information
the location was really great. the cleaning service was also thorough each day (i particularly noticed how clean the bathroom was). i found the staff very friendly and always willing to help with directions.
i was disappointed by the noise level coming from outside at 5 am. it seemed there was a nearby hotel closing, and the noise was disruptive. i also found the information provided about hotel offerings to be limited.
